Cooking Steps

    Rinse rice under cold water until water runs clear.

    Heat oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic 2 min.

    Add rice, stir to coat with oil, toast 2 min.

    Pour in broth, bring to boil, cover and reduce heat.

    Simmer 18 min, then rest off heat 5 min.

    Fluff with fork, garnish with cilantro.
