Instructions

    Whisk together citrus juices, garlic, cumin, oregano — this is the mojo.

    Marinate chicken in mojo at least 15 minutes (up to 2 hours).

    Heat oil in pan over medium-high.

    Sear chicken 6–7 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.

    Rest 3 minutes. Slice, drizzle with any remaining mojo.

    Garnish with cilantro and raw onion rings.
