Instructions

    Combine rice, water, and spices in pot. Bring to boil.

    Reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes until water is absorbed.

    Add rice milk and sugar. Cook on low 15 more minutes, stirring.

    Remove cinnamon and cloves.

    Serve warm or cold, dusted with cinnamon.
